"Defenders Of Wildlife"

Something that everyone should get behind when it comes to helping the animals!

     This is an organization that helps to protect the animal that are in danger and their homes. There are new animals added every so often with different packages that you can receive depending on your donation amount.
Some of these animals are:

     Red Wolf
     Tiger
     Dolphin
     Penguin
     Black Bear
     & more.....

If you do not visit the page often, they do put little tags next to the new animals that they put up on their page.

The first time that I have donated when hearing about this organization, I received a sticker in the mail. It is cool because it says "I 'heart' Wolves". This is the animal that is on their logo. I'm a sucker for stickers ;)



After that I started to donate to help protect animals. You can adopt an animal and depending on your donation amount, you can receive a stuffed animal and/or other items. It is really cool. I have a few adoptions of my own.

If you would really like to help make a difference and protect our animals, I encourage you to adopt an animal or to donate. This is not an organization that will ask you to donate every month and sent you letters in the mail. I know how that can be when you donate one time to an organization.

I really hope you consider it and help protect what animals that we have left to survive. ^-^

I know I have not spoken to you in a while about this issue, but I am still well aware and involved in helping to save the animals that live on this planet. Recently I have come across multiple articles about different species that have been discovered. There are many that we do not know of, but we are all seeing that the scientists, marine biologists, etc have searched and found without really looking for these creatures. Many discoveries are by luck or in the right place at the right time. We may not know all of the animals that are out there, but we can try our best to keep the forests and waters clean and safe for them to live. China is one of the many places that have discovered different creatures. It is hard to distinguish between the animals that people make up and the ones that are real, but all we have to do is research and see who is really posting or writing about these animals. What is happening to our Air??

I have some information that I would like to share with you all. It has to do with the air we breathe to survive. Now if you have been watching the TV show Years of Living Dangerously then you probably know about all of this information. But I am going to give you some insight to things that you may not have noticed. Here are my notes for on episode: If we tax carbon, it makes the people polluting our world pay. Use a small amount of water for electricity and it all goes back into the river. This happens in British Columbia. Elephants move if there is no water in Africa. Then they go to open areas with water where the humans are. Then this causes conflict between humans and elephants. There will be poaching. Hippos dying because of the heat. Even now they are all dying fast. In Kenya, they are studying hippos. There are less in Africa then there are supposed to be. They Help fertilize animals in the ecosystem. Antartica is leaving us!

Hey everyone! I know that many of you know about the glaciers and polar icecaps are melting. They have been for quite some time and there is nothing (sadly) that we can do to stop it. But we can help save the animals that are living there. I have seen a video on television on the discovery channel or history channel I believe (I'm not quite sure) that tells us of new technology that is showing us how fast the ice is truly melting. It is strange to see rocks where the ice once was, to remember seeing these huge frozen solid ice mountains, and now there is only rocks and lots of water. Even the animals are trying to move away from the continuous melting ice but it is hard to find a place for so long.     It is hard to imagine that all of these creatures will be extinct or disappear from us forever, but we cannot forget about them.
